I think that this bloke is just talking about street navigation. I believe the VMS uses Igo, but cannot confirm it because the car is at the workshop.
For the other stuff, you left me for dead with all the acronyms and abbreviations. But that's fine. No complaints.
We also dumped Memory Map from the VMS and loaded Ozi.
As far as customer service is concerned they have just fixed a "fat finger" problem for me for free and updated all on board software and the SD card as
well. And in a three day turn around. One day to get there, one day to pass through their place and one day to get back here.
I stuffed up the screen edges with my fat fingers on the touch screen. My fault entirely. Stupid. I pulled up the screen configuration screen accidentally and instead of just opting out, silly me continued and got them wrong.
I certainly do not have any complaints.
I think that we may have had this conversation before.
But just putting a counter claim against your service claim.
People need to see both sides.
