Well; that didn't take long, only about 8 years, Finally joined this very informative site. Can't believe it has taken me so long after all the usefull info I have picked up over the years. Plan to get out and about over the next few months and work a lot less.

Hey Mick, that signature line of yours always intrigues me. Reminds me of my Dad.

My father always used to say "I'll make a mental note on a piece of paper OK". Always brings a smile to my face when I think of his grin when he said it.

Yeah it's a timeless maxim alright. Bruce, with my memory I need to make a written note! Parents started me on writing journals, particularly travel journals when I was a kid. Lessons obviousely stuck. As memory is such a fallible thing, it's always nice to be able to put a story to the photos you've taken 20 years back. Now if I could only remember where I put those photo albums I'd be right
