I will start with a big thanks to all who replied, as usual it was a mix of everyone's ideas that formed the perfect solution. It turned out that I have some spare spring compressors, didn't need them!!!
It really was
too easy, jack up chassis, put on blocks, put jack under diff, release sway bars, remove wheels, undo shocks, lower axle and out with the old and in with the new.
Must say it is a little firmer with the HD springs but more controlled. Drives A LOT nicer, but the old stuff was 145000 k's old!!! Just can't wait to take it bush and really
test it.
The old one's must have been sagging a lot as my 2" springs resulted in 4" over what I had. Must say very happy so far.
Thanks again to all the helpful replies
Cheers Stefan

Yep.....was very happy with the way it all just fell into place, I got my brother in law to help me as he is a fitter and turner, plus he has got a lot of mechanical exp....but after doing it, I relise I could have knocked it all together myself with ease, I cant belive some of the "shops" wanted upto $500 to fit it!!!! Those guys would throw it in in about 1/2 an hour to a hour tops!!! bloody robbery I reckon
