The air con in the old girl is not what it used to be. Had the gas changed and charged but is still not like before. I gently prised apart the plastic cover(about 12mm) for the condenser and found it totally blocked with dust , fluff and god knows what else. Is there an easy way to clean it rather than pull the whole dash out .
Thanks Have a great new year

Compressed air and clean up the dust storm later.
Also a reamr for the people who continually charged you for the re-gas. Perhaps they should have noticed no matter how much gas they used, the world didn't change.
Geoff.

Grey hair is hereditary, you get it from children. Baldness is caused by watching the Wallabies.

The cheats way is to work out where everything is inside by visiting the wreckers and either pulling one apart or looking at the disassembled unit.
Then carefully drill a hole (50mm if possible) in the plastic duct with a hole saw. Vacuum the crap out, refit piece drilled out with silicone to seal the gaps.
I've done this on a few cars where the a/c/heater assembly comes down the assembly line hanging on a bit of wire and the rest of the car is built around it!
