You are sort of correct Allan, but what is it called?
It is the office starting point of the longest man made fence in the world....
The place does have a name
The official starting point of the longest fence in the world
Even Fiona gave up trying to cross over at this point - and had lunch instead watching the waves

"Dog Fence Beach"? Although I'm not sure that is an "official" name.
As for the second opportunity of '

Dog Fence Beach is the correct name and if you or anyone is over that way, its a great place to stop and take in the beauty of the area.
The Milky Bars are in the post.....LOL

Thanks Stephen,
We took a Subaru with camper trailer down there about 1984? and was worried that we would get out again.
It was Roz who came up with the name. She gets a Milky Bar. lol

OK, leaving WA behind, where can you see these lovely Yellow-footed
rock wallabies. They are not in the Flinders where we have seen them a couple of times.
Cheers
Jim

Hi Jim
Firstly Dog Fence Beach is not located in WA, but on the Far West Coast of South Australia.
As for those lovely Yellow Footed
Rock Wallabies, you photographed them in some form of zoo.
Here are some facts on the
Yellow Footed Rock Wallabies
These images were taken in the wild in the
Flinders Ranges.
according to Mr Google, they can be found in very small pockets in Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.
If I had to pick where your images was taken, is it
Alice Springs Desert Park?.
Cheers
Stephen

Yes Stephen, you are perfectly correct, it is in SA. I keep on forgetting how far west SA stretches.
And yes, the little critters are in an enclosure, but where ? It is not
Alice Springs Desert Park .
There were a surprising number of them, and in a surprising place ....... at least we were surprised.
Cheers

No Stephen, not Monarto Zoo either.
It's a wonderful little enclosure housed behind the
Charleville National Parks and Wildlife office. Took a bit of finding, but the great view of these spectacular animals was worth some effort.
The wallabies , as in the wild, were very shy and spooked easily.
I know this really isn't a "pick this place" location, but it's
well worth visiting when going through
Charleville for other reasons.

Hi Stephen,
Re "wonder where this is".
Would it be the small
cave on the western side of the Stuart Highway, just south of
Kulgera?
