Using the search function?

G;day, trying to use the search function on here and when I enter more than 1 letter, the text changes to red and I can not enter to start the search. Hope that makes sense? Anybody know what I am doing wrong? TIA.

Hello - the "Search" function in the
forum operates live - i.e. it searches immediately for the word string as you type it in. The text will turn red if there are no matches even if you are only halfway through typing the word (so you can give up there and then as the search will result in no return)...and beware spelling mistakes. Sometimes it takes a few goes to get the correct words in the search as they must be an exact match.
