Oh darn it,

Our all singing all dancing new version of ExplorOz Traveller had a hicup on Android 7 devices which caused it to crash at launch. We have just released a new version that removed the config setting that was causing the issue.

Hopefully I can sleep again now.

I have just downloaded, 2 min ago, Exploroz Traveller V2. However the problem is still there. Cannot get past the first page. I am logged on but after clicking the Exploroz Traveller Icon, it just freezes. Should I just uninstall and reinstall from scratch, does it mean that I have to reload all the maps again ? I am using Samsung Galaxy S4 with the latest android system.

I should have mentioned, that is the Android 5.0.1 operating system. I'm not loosing any sleep so don't worry.

sorry for my late checkin but George do you got the real latest (for Android) v2.0.1? (iOS version remains V2.0.0). David sent up a new version this morning for Android but it may not have auto-updated yet to you, so you might need to go back to store and click the update button on our app page.

George,

It should have upgraded correctly however before a reinstall please jump onto a trek page say https://www.exploroz.com/treks/gibb-river-road and use the Open in Traveller App button on this page - this will see if we can get around a possible issue of connecting to a wrong page (which should not be a problem).

When I do, as suggested above, it opens the ExplorOz Traveller information page only. That is the page that sells the features of the ExplorOz Traveller App.

Can you click on the Open App button that should appear?

That is exactly what I did and it goes straight to the "About ExplorOz Traveller page" as in the Forum menu
