Folks, I have been working on a number of minor and some major updates on the mobile site. A load of these are already loaded however I suspect that your browsers need a refresh and or a replacement of any
home screen shortcut icons you may have created.
Now I cannot be sure of what devices you are all using nor which browsers etc so it is a little hard to write a process however the easiest solution all round is actually to just reboot your device. Of course you do not have to do this however periodically you should actually reboot your devices and I know I only do it periodically - it takes a minutes to do and will ensure not only is your browser cleaned up but will ensure all background processes are removed.
To ensure you have the latest you should see in the menu button at the top RHS the icon should be 3 dots vertically, and also just under the menu should be the words Not Logged On or your screenname. If you have these you should be right, if anything looks wrong (like
shop item images run down the screen) or you cannot see these then please refresh/reload or reboot your device.
Thanks and Enjoy
David

Oh and for the members on the mobile the Thread Watch now works again. I am not sure why it stopped but it is up and running now.

The mobile site works a lot better on my galaxy note 3 now. Quite fast. Before it would often just hang and become unresponsive especially on the menu items. It would work at all on Opera Mini.

I thought it was much quicker too, David. Only a second or two to open a thread, and the same to return to the index. That's on an iPad...........
Thanks,
Bob

Hi David
Ive been using a Samsung Galaxy Tab2,3g. The other day I had to delete a reply because it was slow and buggy and becoming unbearable I'm also using SwiftKey. Today I thought I would try again on one of the top posts before noticing this thread
and if went through fine, I thought to myself I wonder if he has changed anything and then after scrolling down I read this lol..
Working great now even with the slide keyboard feature.. It's very quick..
Cheers

Hi David
Like others, I had given up using mobile site app on my iPhone as it was very slow and froze regularly. But now, it's like Red Bull......it has wiings!
Great improvements.
Well done.
